Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone or email
- Recommend appropriate marine products, parts, and services based on customer needs
- Prepare accurate quotes and process sales orders efficiently
- Maintain strong product knowledge of marine hardware, electronics, safety gear, and propulsion systems
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team as needed
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with field sales and technical support teams
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the marine industry
- Strong knowledge or interest in marine equipment and terminology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using sales or inventory software (e.g., CRM, ERP systems)
- GCE ‘O’ & ‘N” Level / Diploma or higher
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
