Job Description
- To support Outdoor Sales members to achieve assigned budget for Order Intake/ Sales Turnover/Gross Profit.
- Timely generation of quotations, clarification responses, order processing and delivery expedition.
- Work closely with team members and service operations to manage queries from Finance and Order Processing Team.
- Familiar with common Microsoft Office Applications (Excel/Word), SAP, and adaptable to various platforms to perform given tasks.
- Proactively work with supporting departments/ 3rd party vendors to relieve Outdoor Sales members’ administrative workload.
- Good Team Player with a positive attitude and ability to maintain a cordial working relationship with people at all levels.
- To manage unforeseen high volume of requests and turnaround in short notice.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and stay vigilant to generate possible business opportunities.
Requirements
- Highest Qualification Diploma/ Degree Engineering or Business
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with common Microsoft Office Applications (Excel/Word), SAP, or other ERP applications.
- Prior experience of generating quotations, and order processing.
- Microsoft Office Applications (Excel/Word), SAP, or other ERP applications.
- Would be an added advantage if possess prior exposure to DCS, Solutions Based Packages, or Networking fundamentals.
- Able to manage stress for urgent requests and multitasking.
- Team player with ability to work among cross functional team with a positive attitude.
- Willing to learn; and willingness to explore new ideas.
- Good communication skill.
- Able to build strong strategic relationships with customers.
