The Role:
What will you do?
- Assist in designing and developing the manufacturing process architecture in alignment with the new product launch schedule, under the guidance of the Senior Engineer
- Conduct manufacturing feasibility studies in collaboration with RD teams
- Collaborate with suppliers for equipment development and ensure compliance with specification
- Launch and qualify the assembly line within industrialization budget, yield rate and schedule, by optimizing the end to end throughput rate and cycle time
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, enhance efficiency and quality in supply chain and manufacturing

Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering,
Industrial Engineering, or similar - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptive to change
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Any prior internship/experience in manufacturing processes, electrical/automation control, and assembly technologies are a plus point
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
