Reponsibilities:
- Monitor logistics industry developments (policies, market, technology), analyse their impact on the industry and the company’s operations, and provide forward-looking insights and early warnings.
- Consolidate business data, track the progress of departmental objectives, conduct variance analysis, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Monitor fluctuations and anomalies in business data, analyse root causes, identify issues and opportunities, propose solutions, and produce analytical reports.
- Research logistics sub-sectors (courier services, warehousing, transportation), analyse market size, competitive landscape and growth potential, and write in-depth reports.
- Research and analyse industry trends, monitor real-time developments, distil key information, provide valuable insights, and support the implementation of the company’s business plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in business analysis or a relevant role, with proficient data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information.
- Sharp market insight and business acumen, with the ability to make independent judgments on logistics industry trends.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to engage in cross-departmental communication and collaboration, and drive project progress.
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of effective coordination with overseas teams or service providers.
