We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive will play a fundamental role in our revenue growth objectives. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively within a team-oriented environment. You must be comfortable working with partners, generating interest and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for prospecting and new business acquisition
- Ability to identify opportunities during the tele-qualification process and drive full sales process to resolution.
- Understand the business development process and is able to overcome competitive and technical objections while positioning services products correctly to satisfy customer requirements.
- Ability to articulate and deliver prepared business content in order to persuade potential customers.
- Achieve quarterly business goals including but not limited to pipeline generation and closed revenue.
- Maintain consistent activities with your prospects via phone, email, or video conference.
- Stay current on companies’ products, technology and business solutions.
- Partner with the Key Account Managers to establish and execute go to market strategy with customers.
- Record all customer information and maintain detailed tele-qualification records, in the CRM on each prospective customer.
- Serve as internal business support and field questions from prospective and existing customers.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of working experience in IT / Sales /Business Process Optimization.
- Min 1-2 years of experience in general sales / cold call.
- Enjoy working in a customer facing environment.
- Possess strong communication skills.
