Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps).
- Utilize and integrate WorkFusion and other intelligent automation platforms where applicable.
- Leverage UiPath’s advanced capabilities such as Document Understanding, Apps, and Data Services to automate unstructured processes.
- Develop and manage robust ETL workflows using SSIS and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading in automation processes.
- Analyze and optimize large datasets and build automated solutions to handle data movement and processing efficiently.
- Integrate AI/ML models into automation workflows for tasks such as document classification, ID/passport parsing, and address recognition.
- Collaborate with data scientists or leverage pre-trained models to enable intelligent decision-making within automation pipelines.
- Design, develop, and integrate chatbot platforms such as IBM Watson, DRUID, and CORA with RPA tools to create human-in-the-loop solutions.
- Build conversational interfaces that drive business efficiency and improve customer experience.
- Manage end-to-end DevOps processes using TeamCity, Artifactory, and UiPath Test Suite.
- Utilize version control systems and follow CI/CD best practices to ensure stable and scalable deployments.
- Work within Agile teams (Scrum/POD-based) to deliver high-quality automation solutions through iterative planning and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update project artifacts using Jira and Confluence, ensuring transparency and traceability across the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience with the following demonstrated experience.
- Proven experience in the end-to-end development, deployment, and support of RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Platform, Automation Anywhere, and WorkFusion.
- Strong background in ETL development and data automation using SSIS and SQL.
- Experience in delivering AI-integrated automation solutions, particularly document understanding (e.g., passport/ID processing, address parsers) and human-in-the-loop automation.
- Prior leadership experience in automation CoE initiatives covering governance, infrastructure, and standards implementation.
- Demonstrated involvement in pre-sales activities, including developing proposals, responding to RFPs, and conducting client presentations.
- Experience in training delivery, both technical (RPA tools) and functional, to internal teams, partners, or external organizations.
- Hands-on experience in developing reusable frameworks/components for automation efficiency and scalability.
- Exposure to business process analysis and optimization using Agile and Six Sigma methodologies.
