Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our client’s team. This role involves developing conceptual and technical design solutions aligned with client needs, project scope, and budget. You will be responsible for visualizing, documenting, and coordinating the delivery of interior spaces, while working closely with clients, project managers, and contractors. Candidates with a strong portfolio in residential or commercial design and proficiency in visualization software are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing technical drawings and 3D visuals using CAD and rendering tools.
- Conceptualize interior design solutions that align with client vision and project requirements.
- Develop and present mood boards, design proposals, and material selections to clients.
- Prepare detailed construction documentation to guide on-site execution
- Coordinate with Project and Account Managers to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and manage real-time design adjustments.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the design phase. Maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring satisfaction and smooth communication.
Requirements:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, V-Ray, or similar design and visualization software.
- Strong capabilities in technical drawing, detailing, and design documentation.
- Experience in producing full construction and presentation packages.
- Demonstrated ability to translate client briefs into practical design solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
- Background in residential and/or commercial interior design preferred.
- Experience in quoting or cost estimation is an added advantage.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
