TED Concept (S) International Pte Ltd is seeking for Interior Designer to join our team.
Position Summary :
Due to our diversified portfolio, the candidate should possess relevant design experiences working in retail, F&B and commercial projects previously.
Responsibilities :
- Produce concept design, space planning and presentation materials.
- Provide as-built drawings including undertaking on site measurements.
- Prepare the tender documentation & construction drawing.
- Present of design concept to client.
- Able to handle project independently from inception to completion.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors.
Requirement:
- Possess excellent design capabilities and a flair for creativity
- Preferably some past working experience in interior industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Fixtures detailing , fittings and Equipment (FF&E) required for specification of tender & construction drawings.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Positive and good working attitude, meticulous, a team player and attention to details.
- Independent, resourceful and responsible.
- You should be well versed in Autocad, 3D Max, sketchup, photoshop and Microsoft applications.
- Able to communicate in mandarin
