Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, designers, consultants and subcontractors
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge.
- Placing order for projects
- Prepare handover material/checklist for handover
- Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing
- Attend site and coordination meeting
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Construction, or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of proven experience in renovation project management
- Candidates without any relevant working experience but willing to learn are encouraged to apply
- Excellent understanding of renovation workflows, planning, and cost management
- Possess strong problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
