•    Support the digital technology team in execution of new technology, automation, data analytics and workflow related projects.
•    Review and generate reports to drive continuous improvement and cost saving.  
•    Assist in developing standard work for applications and digital technology processes.
•    Collect and analyze data to make recommendations for better and scalable solutions.
•    Support process improvement (CORE-Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) projects to achieve business and enterprise objectives.
