- Established network of business owners, investors, or high-net-worth individuals across Asia, particularly in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Philippines, Brunei, and Myanmar.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Deep understanding of regional markets and a strong awareness of why Singapore is a key destination for investors seeking stability, transparency, and favorable political and economic conditions.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales excellence.
