Role Overview
1. Sales & Customer Engagement
- Support proposal development and client requests
- Learn CRM tools and assist with pipeline tracking
- Join client calls and understand how we build trust
2. Operations & Fulfillment
- Process orders, coordinate logistics, and track deliveries
- Work with warehouse, finance, and account teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support preparation of samples and marketing kits
3. Sustainability & Impact
- Assist in ESG reporting and social impact programs
- Help track sustainable materials, practices, and vendor compliance
- Contribute to internal green initiatives and storytelling

Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma graduate or final-year student in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or similar
- Must be based in Singapore
- Detail-oriented and curious, with a drive to learn
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); bonus if you’ve seen ERP or CRM tools
- Great communicator — written and verbal
- Enjoys working with people and solving problems
- Interested in sustainability and international business
- Responsible, open-minded, and ready to grow
