Position objective and summary
Assist the Executive Director and General Manager in executing sales and marketing-related tasks. This role involves supporting ongoing projects, preparing reports, developing promotional materials, and helping to maintain clear communication on project progress.
Main tasks / activities / responsibilities
- Generate and compile weekly tender and sales reports
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company website
- Coordinate with Qualified Persons and support project-related tasks as directed
- Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager
- Prepare and present monthly progress reports on assigned tasks
- Maintain up-to-date records of project and marketing status reports
Job requirements (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills etc.)
- Computer literacy
- Presentation
- Preferably holds an AutoCAD license or basic AutoCAD knowledge
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
