Looking for candidates who are motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented, organized, able to keep to deadlines, and initiative on tasks. Responsible for assisting in the daily administrative tasks of the end-to-end supply chain process.
Responsibilities:
- Document Management Support: Product catalogue, supplier contracts and supplier database maintenance.
- Data Entry and Analysis: Maintain and update item master list; accurately input data into company systems; support the analysis of trade data to identify trends, risks, or compliance issues.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate transportation arrangements; track shipment status to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
- Supplier/Customer Communication: Support daily communication with domestic and overseas suppliers; ensure timely and accurate information exchange and assist in resolving issues during transportation and delivery.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Assist in ensuring all import/export activities comply with local trade regulations; learn to identify and report potential compliance risks.
- Industry Knowledge Development: Learn the fundamentals of import/export operations under the guidance of experienced team members; participate in departmental training and meetings to enhance professional skills.
- Invoicing processing: Reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy. Entering invoice data into the company’s accounting system. Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments. Resolving invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Project Support: Assist with other supply chain -related projects and tasks as needed.
Requirements：
- Minimun Diploma in related field
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Good team player
- Detailed oriented and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong data processing, analytical, and logical thinking skills; ability to coordinate multiple resources to solve complex problems.
Able to work minimum internship period of 3 months. Preference will be given to candidates available for long-term and stable internships.
