Responsibilities:
- Support the Investment Operations Department’s research and investment Projects, covering the Company’s Business Units of logistics services, commodities marketing, financial services, and engineering services.
- Analyze operational data from Business Units, investigate data trends and patterns, and present the findings in written reports.
- Liaise with Business Unit contacts, Legal and Finance Departments, to gain in-depth understanding about the business models of each Business Unit.
- Perform other miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess a good degree in Business, Science or Engineering. Experienced hire and recent graduate will both be considered.
- Candidate needs to demonstrate strong Data Analysis and Report Writing skills gained during studies. Prior experience in finance and investment is preferred though not mandatory.
- Bilingual in English and Business Chinese as the role requires dealings with Chinese- speaking Associates. Ability to write Chinese business reports would be a strong plus.
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
