The IT Executive duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Responsible for logging calls and ensure all calls contain clear problem description, resolution and all activities carried out during resolution of the problems with the customers.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting.
- Provide on-site support if remote resolution fails.
- Setup desktop, laptop, copier, printers and other peripherals.
- Setup and test network.
- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on IT equipment.
- Manage IT inventory.
