Responsibilities
Interns will be assigned to an IT Supervisor who will oversee their day-to-day activities and work assignments.
“Work-and-Learn” – Interns will acquire knowledge and experience through a combination of technical briefings, task assignments and projects.
Career guidance and mentorship sessions with IT Supervisors.
By the end of the program, Interns will be able to:
Support End User Computing topics like Office 365 and various SaaS applications
Perform basic IT information security operations
Undertake IT projects to improve workplace efficiency or enhance cybersecurity
Conduct user training and corporate event support
Prepare technical documentations, reports and presentations
Requirements
Good problem-solving skills, adaptable and willing to learn new skills
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, infrastructure, and cyber-security
Ability to use Office 365 applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus
Good communication and presentation skills
