- Create basic dashboards/reports (Power BI, Tableau)
- Support ad-hoc data requests for IT teams
- Clean, validate, and organize raw datasets from IT systems /databases.
- Assist in automating data workflows using tools like SQL, Python, or Excel.
- Document data pipelines and IT system processes.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to clarify data needs.
- Coordinate change request meetings with stakeholders, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Learn and apply analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Jira).
- Attend training sessions on IT infrastructure/data governance.
- Oversee and manage quality assurance processes conducted by external vendors.
- Ensure that IT solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
- Foundational knowledge of data tools such as Excel, SQL (Pivot, tables, formulas), Power BI, Tableau
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
- SQL: Ability to write basic queries for data extraction, filtering, and aggregation.
- Excel: Proficiency in formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS), pivot tables, and data cleaning.
- Data Visualization: Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel charts & etc to create reports/dashboards.
- Basic Scripting: Foundational knowledge of Python or R for data cleaning/analysis
- Data Cleaning: Ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing data.
- Understanding of databases (e.g., MySQL)
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for IT projects.
- Understanding of quality assurance and testing principles, including creating and executing test plans.
- Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and the importance of protecting data and systems.
