Job Description & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end implementation of a cloud-native Library Management System.
Coordinate with vendors, schools, and MOE teams to ensure integration with HR, Student Hub, and MIMS systems.
Oversee setup of OPAC stations, RFID devices, and data migration activities.
Conduct testing, UAT coordination, and post-go-live performance monitoring.
Ensure adherence to IM8, data security, and system uptime requirements.
Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in IT project delivery, preferably involving public sector/SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with library systems, RFID, Single Sign-On (SSO), and OIDC standards.
Experience in multi-vendor environments and system integration is advantageous
