We are looking for a highly skilled IT System Engineer with expertise in Lark (Feishu) deployment, Microsoft IAM architecture, and enterprise application ecosystems. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining a secure, efficient, and user-friendly digital workplace environment, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the private deployment of Lark (Feishu) , ensuring system stability and scalability.
- Provide day-to-day operations and maintenance support for Lark, including troubleshooting and system performance optimization.
- Drive system integration and secondary development for Lark to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance and maintain IAM architecture , including Azure Active Directory (AAD) integration .
- Build and manage the digital workplace ecosystem , covering application management, user accounts, and device lifecycle.
- Provide user support and training to ensure smooth adoption of collaboration tools and digital workplace solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft IAM (Identity & Access Management) deployment and maintenance.
- Proven experience in Lark (or Feishu) system integration and secondary development .
- Strong background in enterprise application ecosystem management (e.g., corporate app/software library).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) with implementation/maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and user support skills.
