Our client is a leading Asia-Pacific real estate platform with operations in multiple key markets, specialising in transforming properties into income-generating assets. The business has a strong track record of capturing sector growth, innovating its offerings, and adapting to evolving market demands. Due to the growth, they are currently looking for an IT System Finance Lead to join their team.
This is a 6 months contract, renewable/ convertible to Full Time subjected to performance.
You will be responsible for the strategic leadership, management, and optimization of all finance-related technology platforms within the organization. You will act as the primary contact point between IT and Finance departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of all finance systems.
- Develop and execute finance system enhancements that are aligned with business goals.
- Ensure systems comply with financial regulations, data security standards, and internal policies.
- Understand and translate financial business needs into system solutions.
- Collaborate with procurement, audit, compliance teams to ensure the systems meet organizational requirements.
- Oversee integration between finance systems and other enterprise platforms.
- Manage system upgrades, patching, and migrations with minimal business disruption.
- Lead finance-related IT projects from conception through to delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all finance systems. Support finance teams in delivering timely and accurate financial reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in IT systems management, with a focus on finance platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial processes (eg. AP, AR, GL, FP&A, treasury, tax, etc).
- Proven experience leading system implementations and upgrades.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
