Your responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
- Execute Group IT Policy including scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting deployments/ new hire email and system account creation.
- Train new system users and set up their accounts.
- Develop and maintain local networks to optimise performance.
- Install and configure both software and hardware components.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure security and efficiency of Group IT infrastructure.
- Manage network servers and technology tools, internal IT assets, software licenses and usage.
- Perform regular system upgrades to ensure systems remain updated.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages and ensure network security.
- Render internal staff IT support to assist employees with their IT enquiries.
- Implement corporate infrastructure and networks. Keep an inventory of all IT assets.
Requirements:
- Education in Computer Science and equivalent.
- Applicants with regional experience will have an added advantage.
- Mums with relevant past working experience in IT seeking to join the workforce again may apply.
- You know Active Directory.
- You are willing to work hard and can work on-site from Monday to Fridays, including a little bit of overtime when necessary.
