- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of servers,workstations, and IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot system errors and provide timely technical support to end-users
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT security protocols
- Perform regular data backups and recovery testing
- Assist in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures
- Support procurement, setup, and inventory of IT equipment
- Liaise with external vendors for system support and maintenance
- Ensure cybersecurity measures and updates are in place
- Keep up to date with latest technology trends and apply relevant solutions
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux systems, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
