Role: Application Engineer
Type: 12-month Contract (starting Sept 2025, extendable)
Shifts: 24x7 coverage (3 shifts weekdays, 2 shifts weekends)
What you’ll do
Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications
Handle incidents, changes & service requests (ITIL-based)
Manage deployments, upgrades, patches & configurations
Monitor performance & availability, drive preventive measures Collaborate with infra, DB, and business teams
Support DR/BCP activities ensuring application resilience
What we’re looking for
✔ Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering/IT
Strong application support experience in 24x7 operations
✔ Skilled in databases (Oracle/MS SQL), middleware, and app servers
✔ Hands-on scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell)
✔ Familiarity with monitoring & incident management tools
✔ ITIL knowledge/certification preferred
✔ Strong problem-solving & communication skills
