JOB DESCRIPTION
- manages and prepares the cost estimates for the construction projects.
- Assist in contract Administration and Management Cost Control analysis and vetting of contract
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
- Able to work independently ,and able to do multi task work
- Office-based and will go on several site visits.
REQUIREMENT
- Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
- Candidate with good experience in contractual administration will be considered
- Familar with Aluminium and glazing works will be preferred
