Job Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a warm, professional manner
- Support the team in providing a positive in-store experience Answer basic product enquiries and assist in consultations where appropriate

Store Operations
- Assist in daily opening and closing routines of the store
- Maintain store tidiness and visual merchandising standards
- Restock and organise display items and packaging materials Help with order fulfilment, including packing and preparing items for courier or pickup
Personal Assistant to Founder
- Support the Founder with ad hoc errands and tasks related to store operations
- Assist in scheduling appointments and updating calendars
- Handle simple admin duties such as data entry or follow-ups on WhatsApp with guidance Ensure clear communication and follow-through on delegated tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of retail experience (jewellery or lifestyle brand experience is a bonus)
- Well-spoken with clear and professional communication
- Good grooming and presentation to reflect the brand’s aesthetic
- Able to work a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis
- Friendly, team-oriented, and proactive in learning
