Lead Generation
- Work with provided leads and independently research and identify potential clients.
- Explore additional business opportunities within existing clients, including competitors.
Client Consultation
- Understand client needs and provide customised solutions.
- Support clients through all stages, from initial enquiry to final delivery.
- Collaborate with factories and clients to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Add value to customised products to maintain competitiveness.
Sales Process Management
- Manage the sales process with assigned coordinators from sample stage to mass production.
- Track client forecasts, business demands, and relevant information.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
Relationship Building
- Provide ongoing support to ensure business continuity.
- Foster long-term partnerships with clients.
Market Research
- Stay informed on market conditions and industry trends.
- Collect and share feedback with development teams.
Administration, Reporting, and Analytics
- Track sales performance and report progress.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Analyse sales data and client interactions to improve results.
- Manage customer payment status and related activities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential, as the role requires liaising with supporting teams based in China and communicating with clients who speaks Mandarin.
- Positive, resilient, competitive, and collaborative team player; able to work in a fast-paced environment and learn on the job.
- Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships; essential for nurturing long-term business partnerships.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling business tasks, including sales tracking, client interactions, and administrative responsibilities.
- Minimum education: O-Level or above. Knowledge of electronics/electrical is required to support clients’ technical needs.
- Singaporeans only.
- Willingness to travel internationally frequently for client meetings and factory training.
- Valid Class 3 driving license required; own vehicle preferred for site visits and client meetings.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Remuneration: Basic salary SGD 2,600–2,800, with a 3-month probation period. Post-probation, training will include at least 1 week at China plant for technical development.
- Compensation after probation includes basic salary, overseas allowance (location-dependent), and vehicle maintenance.
