Job Title: Junior Sales Executive (Outdoor)

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive (Outdoor) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients in person, promoting products or services, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outdoor sales visits to prospective and existing clients.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and field visits.
- Contribute to the team's sales targets by actively pursuing leads and closing deals.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Requirements:
- Physical steel trading or construction field is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven work experience in sales or a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with construction area.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
