Your Responsibilities: -
- Assess and develop individualized physiotherapy plans for residents.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor therapy staff.
- Participate in discharge planning and caregiver education.
- Monitor departmental operations and KPIs.
- Oversee therapy aides’ training and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage therapy equipment.
You will need: -
- Min 1 year relevant working experience
- Possess AHPC registration
