Job Description
We are looking for a Kindergarten Care Centre Supervisor (KCS) to head our team in Tanjong Katong.
The roles and responsibilities of the KCS are as follows:
- Ensure the smooth running of the KCare Centre.
- Oversee the KCare programmes and schedules.
- Lead the KCare team in implementing the KCare programmes, setting up the play environment and resources.
- Guide and supervise KCare staff (includes induction of new KCare staff) to ensure that they are clear of their roles and responsibilities.
- Plan and manage staff scheduling.
- Manage administrative duties related to the KCare Centre.
- Engage and communicate with parents/guardians and stakeholders on a regular basis.
Job Requirements of KCare Supervisor:
- Hold at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (“DECCE-T”) or an ECDA recognised equivalent
- Preferable to have leadership experience in a pre-school setting.
- Experience in KCare or MOE Kindergarten advantageous.
