RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Cook and prepare a variety of food products (Training will be provided)
- Manage food preparations and cooking, safety and hygiene practices to ensure our customers received the exceptional culinary quality and experience
- Ensure areas are clean and tidy at all times
- Uphold personal hygiene and dress code standards
- Communicate effectively across all departments from kitchen to front of house
- Manage Inventory and stock receipt
- Stand in as a service crew if there are no order in the kitchen
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Basic cooking skill to prepare bar food (Mainly deep-fry)
- Able to R&D simple dish
- Outgoing, presentable and service-oriented
- Team player, discipline and self-starter
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday
- Candidates without any experience are absolutely welcome
