Job Summary
- Provide level 1 technical support for XLS and Linux-based systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- Linux Command Expertise:
- Utilize Linux commands to diagnose and resolve issues.
- XLS Support:
- Support XLS applications and systems.
- Ticket Management:
- Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
- Escalation:
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces.
- Experience with XLS applications and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
