Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for department sales and profit budgets
- Manage and provide guidance to the landscape team
- Design landscape and interiorscape work
- Understand customer’s requirements, estimate costs, prepare tender quotation
- Prepare project maintenance schedules and reports
- Project co-ordination and site inspections
- Supervise and manage subcontractors and site workers
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Horticulture or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ related experience
- Must be dynamic, pro-active and meticulous
- Strong leadership quality
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Possess good command of written and spoken English
