What you’ll do:
- Partner closely with product, frontend, and AI teams to build seamless workflows
- Design and scale backend systems supporting real-time AI features
- Optimise data flows and processing pipelines for low-latency performance
- Champion reliability, scalability, and engineering best practices
What we’re looking for:
- Strong backend engineer with experience in cloud-native environments
- Proficient in modern programming languages and distributed architecture
- Comfortable with API design, asynchronous processing, and system performance tuning
- Bias for shipping fast without compromising on quality
- Bonus if you’ve worked on model serving or real-time inference systems
