Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
- Research and identify target customers and markets
- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for follow-up
- Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM system
- Understand and communicate the company’s products and value proposition
- Build rapport and nurture leads through regular follow-ups
- Assist in scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team
- Track and report lead generation activities and results
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales
- Strong communication and research skills
- Comfortable with outbound outreach
- CRM experience preferred but not a must
