Job Description
- Support the end-to-end coordination of Learning & Development programmes, including general training execution (from pre-training, during training and post training)
- Craft newsletters and maintains communications channels with programme participants
- Conduct data analysis and/or prepare reports on training effectiveness and impact
- Involve in learning design, conduct research and generate insights for the development of learning materials for learning programmes (e.g. case studies)
- Manage day-to-day Learning & Development administration and operations

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast-learner with strong time management skills to deliver work on time
- Detail-oriented and well-organised in a dynamic work environment
- Possesses a can-do spirit
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Have experience in working with adobe illustrator or visual design would be a plus
- Full-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
