We are currently on the lookout for Legal Consultants with Derivatives experience to join our ranks with:
- Legal practitioner with Ideally 2+ years’ experience within the derivatives / structured products, gained either within private practice or in-house
- The ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and adaptability to new situations and work environments
- Experience in equity derivatives an asset
The responsibilities for this role will include:
- Working with and advising business clients directly, while providing guidance and practical solutions in relation to the ever-changing financial regulatory environment
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of standard and complex derivatives documentation
- Assisting with essential projects in response to current regulatory and political changes
- Advising on risk mitigation strategies and maintaining up to date regulatory standards
- Assisting with the development of new products and markets where applicable
