We are currently seeking a General/Corporate Banking lawyer to join our ranks and work with our F500 clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of banking and financial matters, including loan transactions, financing arrangements, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Review and negotiate banking and finance-related agreements, including loan agreements, security documents, and other financial contracts.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on potential transactions and identify legal issues and risks.
- Stay updated on banking laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide proactive advice to clients.
- Advise on regulatory requirements and assist in obtaining necessary licenses and approvals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a Banking Lawyer or in a similar role, preferably with a law firm or financial institution.
- In-depth knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and financial transactions.
- Strong understanding of lending and financing arrangements, including syndicated loans, project finance, and structured finance.
