Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, ensuring compliance with local and state plumbing codes. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes using hand and power tools.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
- Work with a variety of plumbing materials, including copper, PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and galvanized steel.
- Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and other professionals on job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls and after-hours service requests as needed.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid PUB Plumber License
- Proven knowledge of Singapore's plumbing standards, codes, and regulations.
- 3+ years of experience as a professional plumber.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
- Plumber licence issued by PUB Singapore (Preferred)
