- Prepare delivery order
- Perform administrative duties including documentation collection, distribution and filling
- Update and compile logistics related daily and monthly reports
- Maintain and update stock inventory and location
- Assist to answer phone calls and message taking
- Other logistics related duties as assigned
- Experience in administrative duties and data entry
- Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook Able to work under fast pace environment and perform overtimes when required
Work Day : 5.5 Days
Mon to Friday - 8.30am - 6pm,
Sunday (half day) 8.30am - 12.30pm
