JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle Day to day operations in customer order entries and communicate delivery arrangements & status with customers.
- Liaise with suppliers and transportation team on delivery plans.
- Monitor and ordering supplies to maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining inventory records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
- Perform any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
- Forklift License
