We are a growing distributor of high-quality lubricants, supplying automotive workshops, industrial customers, and commercial fleets. We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow sales of lubricants to car workshops , industrial customers ,and other B2B clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with a commission-driven mindset.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sales experience , preferably in automotive or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, commission-driven, and results-oriented.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compensation:
