Ericsson is seeking an analytical and forward-thinking Business Analyst to join our expanding team. In this crucial role, you will not only conduct meticulous financial analyses and projections based on our unit's targets, but you'll also craft and convey insightful reports that aid critical business decisions. As our Business Analyst, you will act as the lynchpin of our financial planning and performance evaluations; ensuring our processes are in line with global protocols and designed to endorse value-creation.
What you will do:
- Strategic Business Insight: Use forecasts not just as deliverables, but as tools to generate actionable insights that drive business results.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key bridge between Market Area (MA), Customer Units (CU), and Domains, ensuring alignment on financial priorities and business strategies.
- Business Intelligence & Analysis: Cascade analytical insights and improvement initiatives to Key Account Controllers and PFAs. Identify financial levers that impact revenues, costs, and risks.
- Process Leadership: Drive integrated Target Control (TC), Financial Planning (FP), and Forecast Control (FC) processes linked to strategy and macroeconomic fundamentals.
- Change Management: Support programs driven by LTC and PTBE through business use cases, insight sharing, and strategic support.
- Financial Quality & Governance: Strengthen data governance, promote “one source of truth,” and support process standardization and automation.
- Project & Ad Hoc Initiatives: Act as a think tank to support business improvement and transformation initiatives across MA dimensions.
- Executive Communication: Create high-impact executive presentations and visualize financial narratives effectively.
