Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full domestic helper placement process, from sourcing and candidate selection to interviews, contract preparation, and post-placement client support.
- Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and other relevant statutory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; handle inquiries and promptly resolve placement-related concerns.
- Drive business growth by developing and executing strategies that enhance customer experience and expand market reach.
- Collaborate with management to define sales targets and actively work towards surpassing team goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices within the domestic helper sector.
Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a maid agency, with a solid grasp of the end-to-end placement process.
- CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification is an advantage.
- Well-versed in MOM guidelines and current industry standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Able to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail with effective organizational skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
