Responsibilities:
- Analyse and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors.
- Prepare and review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability
- Optimise spare parts and manage stock effectively by using CMMS TMQ-W.
- Ensure no down time due to unavailability of spare parts.
- Service used equipments and components and ensure ready to use all time.
- Manage in-house contractors to execute maintenance timely and effectively.
- To develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for plant equipments and execute Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipments by co-ordinate with contractors at site.
- Manage annual shutdown maintenance related to facilities and management of actual site work, liaising with contractors and production group.
- Update long-term maintenance plan for facilities and utility equipments.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies.
Requirements:
- Degree, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Plant & facilities in chemical plant.
- Good hands on experience with pumps, compressors, blowers, boilers, chillers, conveyors
- Understanding of maintenance technology manufacturing process plant environment.
- Demonstrated ability to adjust contractors independently and effectively.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
