Job Description:
The Management Associate will support Senior Management in strategic projects and daily operations, with the goal of developing into a future Managerial role. Based in the Corporate Division, the role offers exposure across departments including Human Resources, Finance, Business Development, Sustainability, and Projects. The candidate will also be introduced to the Group’s Engineering, Property, and Digital segments.
Responsibilities:
- Support the C-Suite and Senior Management in the development and implementation of Strategic Business Plans
- Support the C-Suite and Senior Management in improving existing business processes, brainstorming ideas, and pursuing business objectives
- Conduct market studies for the Group
- Conduct research on specific industries and areas to identify potential opportunities and providing recommendations to the C-Suite and Senior Management
- Assist by way of coordination and facilitation
- Assist in ad-hoc duties such as Board related matters and company campaigns
Requirements:
- Local Bachelor’s Degree holder
- 1–2 years of experience in the built environment (Fresh grads welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Independent, open-minded, and a team player
