Job Position: Manager
Salary Range: $6,000 - $8,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional engineering and production teams to achieve R&D and manufacturing objectives.
- Oversee development projects from concept to mass production.
- Ensure all products meet national and international quality standards .
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth, expansion, and diversification, leveraging in-depth market insights and industry trends.
- Work closely with domestic and international clients to understand requirements, provide technical support, and co-develop custom solutions.
- Create great communication with stakeholders and build long-term relationship
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of magnetic component principles, materials, and testing standards
- Proven ability to develop strategies for market growth and operational efficiency.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to facilitate negotiations with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and suppliers, as well as manage communication for projects in Singapore and China.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term business partnerships.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
