Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily facilities maintenance operations, including ACMV, chiller, HVAC, and mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Perform routine inspections to promptly identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions, coordinating timely resolutions with internal teams and external contractors.
- Analyse data from building management systems to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement facility upgrades, renovations, and new construction projects.
- Ensure all facility operations comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide training and support to facility staff to enhance technical skills and operational knowledge.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in M&E Engineering / Facilities Management or any relevant field
- Min 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably engineering or FM industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical maintenance.
- At least 3-4 years of experience on air-conditioning systems.
- Must have Certification in Green Mark Accredited Professional (“GMAP”) / Facilities Management (“GMAP(FM)”) and/or Singapore Certified Energy Manager (“SCEM”).
