Job Description
- Plan, execute and analyse game operations initiatives to expand user base and maintain user engagement
- Monitor in-game metrics and player feedback to derive insights for decision-making on feature iteration and campaign planning
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to improve product features and gameplay experience
- Support the product development process to launch, ensuring timely delivery with minimal issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 6 years of relevant full-time working experience in game operations or game development roles in the gaming industry
- Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions
- Possess strong communication and project management skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Passionate about games with a deep understanding of the gaming landscape and current industry trends
