JOB DESCRIPTION

- To be involved in design development of new projects to be undertaken, with Projects and Property Management teams.
- To embark on marketing of projects to anchor tenants and to secure commitment at best possible rental terms.
- Conduct Market Intelligence to ensure optimum rental terms achieved.
- To achieve target occupancy set out in the beginning of the financial year.
- To optimize rental and occupancy level for assigned properties
- Assist in annual budgets and periodical reports
- Manage rental negotiation and renewals, lease agreements and associated leasing documentation
- Portfolio level reporting on property key performance indicators
- Any other duties allocated and assigned
